eMentoring Africa in conjunction with Eco-Youth Initiative, Go Make Impact Foundation and Pwani University bring mentorship to the youth of Kilifi County under Pass It On program which is anchored on four key pillars, namely: Entrepreneurship Sensitization, Career Guidance, Volunteerism and Talent Commercialization. A team of visiting facilitating mentors shared their insights and personal journey under each pillar, after which the youth were divided into discussion groups to respond to questions that accorded them the opportunity to share ideas, experiences and skills whilst raising key issues and challenges they face in their day to day lives. The discussion was kept as engaging as possible with fun ice breakers and team building activities.
