eMA Fellowship Programme

This 10-month program will equip you with the skills, knowledge, and experience to become a changemaker in your community and beyond. The program is divided into three phases:

1. SLAP (Skills, Leadership, and Personal Development)

Build your foundation and gain crucial skills through workshops, mentorship, and social impact projects

2. Ambassadors Phase

Put your learnings into action as an eMentoring Africa ambassador, leading initiatives and mentoring others.

3. Internship

Gain valuable professional experience through an internship with a prestigious organization in your field.

Through mentorship, workshops, real-world projects, and internships, you'll gain:

  • Essential skills like communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership
  • Self-awareness, resilience, and ethical decision-making skills
  • Hands-on experience in community-based projects
  • The opportunity to become an eMentoring Africa ambassador and mentor younger students
