About the Program

The Student Leaders Ambassadors Program (SLAP) is a flagship leadership and mentorship
initiative by eMentoring Africa, designed to equip university and college student leaders with
the mindset, skills, and guidance to become transformational leaders.
SLAP develops leaders who:

  • Lead with integrity
  • Serve with empathy
  • Think strategically
  • Influence positively

The program focuses on Leading Self, Leading Others, and Leading Change and blends
practical training with mentorship and real-life exposure.

Why SLAP?

Across Africa, student leadership is often the foundation of national leadership, yet many
young leaders lack structured guidance.
SLAP fills this gap by helping student leaders:
